You can choose whichever works best for you. I offer both in-person sessions and online sessions via Zoom.
Yes. You can book a block of 6 customised 1:1 sessions for £240 (£40 each instead of £50). This works well if you’d like ongoing support and accountability.
The 1:1 workshops are personalised and flexible — we go at your pace and focus on your situation. The group programme follows a set structure, with everyone working through the 4 workshops together. It’s more cost-effective at £99 for 4 weeks but less tailored than 1:1 coaching.
For 1:1 coaching, you’ll have WhatsApp access to me between active sessions — so you don’t just get support during the hour but throughout your journey. For the group programme, you’ll also get support through the Facebook group and group WhatsApp chat.
