This gives me the space to really get to know you, your life, and the changes you want to make.

When you book a customised session, you don’t have to fit into a pre-set box. You simply tell me where you are right now, what you’re struggling with, and where you’d like to be — and I’ll shape the session around you.

Some people come wanting clarity, others come needing accountability, and some just need a safe space to untangle their thoughts. Whatever you bring, I’ll meet you there and help you move forward.

Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1: Do I need to have any experience with coaching to start?

Not at all. You don’t need to know anything about coaching, mindfulness, or journaling before you come. I’ll meet you exactly where you’re at and guide you from there.

Question 2: Can I do the sessions online, or do they have to be in person?

You can choose whichever works best for you. I offer both in-person sessions and online sessions via Zoom.

Question 3:Do you offer discounts if I book more than one session?

Yes. You can book a block of 6 customised 1:1 sessions for £240 (£40 each instead of £50). This works well if you’d like ongoing support and accountability.

Question 4: What kind of support do I get between sessions?

For 1:1 coaching, you’ll have WhatsApp access to me between active sessions — so you don’t just get support during the hour but throughout your journey. For the group programme, you’ll also get support through the Facebook group and group WhatsApp chat.

Question 5: I don’t feel like I have the time for this — how can I fit it in?

I get it. Life feels busy enough as it is. But if nothing changes, nothing changes. These sessions aren’t about adding more to your plate — they’re about helping you simplify, focus, and free up energy. Even one hour can shift the way you approach the rest of your week.

Question 6: What if I invest in this and it doesn’t work for me?

Coaching is a partnership — I bring the tools, guidance, and accountability, but it’s also about you being ready to show up for yourself. What I can promise is that I’ll meet you exactly where you are, and you’ll leave every session with clarity, direction, and practical next steps.
